Surrey Track System
The PNP Railways 'Surrey Track System' - the ultimate solution for your large-scale model railway needs. This complete set of parts includes the 7¼" or 7¼" & 5" Narrow Gauge sleeper, Surrey Chair, 5.2lb/Yard rail, and fish plates. Whether you're building a well-used club track or a private railway, the Surrey System is designed to carry heavy narrow-gauge loads while still accepting standard scale models with fine wheel profiles.
One of the special features of the Surrey System is automatic gauge widening when using plastic sleepers and chairs together. By pushing the chairs in towards each other during assembly, the correct gauge is achieved. Pushing the chairs out widens the gauge, and all screws should be tightened, and the gauge re-checked once the desired gauge is achieved.
